Here at GPS Tracking Canada, we want to make everything as easy as possible for our clients. That’s why we have created this simple walkthrough page to give you an idea of how we do business. This way, you know what to expect. Below, you’ll find the step by step of our standard business procedure.
Customizing Your Solution
- We need to know about YOU! We will have a Sales Representative reach out once we have been contacted to discuss your needs so they can suggest the right plan at the right price to perfectly fit those needs.
- Using the information you have given the Sales Representative, they will send you a draft quote with their proposed solution. Keep in mind this is a draft, so anything you don’t like about the quote we can change and edit. There is no lock-in either, as contracts are not a way we like to do business.
“I placed my order, now what?”
- Our Accounting Department will send you an official invoice which has various payment options and information.
- Accounting Department will then send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your quote is finalized and we have received payment information. Once you have your device(s), you can install them as soon as possible using the desired installation method (see here for details). If your solution requires a professional installer, they will contact you to book an install date. Our Support Department will create your database/account and will contact you via email to book an Onboarding and Training session for you and your top users of the system. Please note that you will need to book an onboarding session to receive login information for your account.
- After you have completed your onboarding session, you will be given your login information for your user account and you can begin using the new system for your day-to-day use. We will also follow-up with you on a date agreed upon during your onboarding session to see how use of the system has been, and if there are any issues, problems, or concerns. If we have given you our standard of 5-star service, please help us out by leaving us a Google review and comment.
