Geotab Premium Support Services is a full-feature 24/7 support and training platform where Customers can receive help, resolve issues, or request training — all without leaving the application.
Any Customer with a fleet-wide subscription to the Geotab Pro Plus plan will be eligible to use Geotab 24/7 Premium Support Services free of charge. This can also be added optionally to any other plan, with an additional fee. When your acocunt is set up for this 24/7 support, you will be provided with a personalized premium support number. How to access Support Services:
The Geotab Support Services will give you access to the following:
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 Premium Support (Live Chat, Web Form, Phone) — Frontline support for via phone, local live chat or Web submission form, available directly from your MyGeotab database.
- Managed service level targets including:
- Live Chat – Maximum wait-time of one minute
- Web Form – Initial response within one hour
- Phone – Maximum wait-time of one minute
- 70% of all support tickets resolved in under one business day!
- 24/7 Phone Support— Call, chat, or submit a ticket for support any time, any day. Dedicated professionals help you get to the core of each issue.
- Enhanced Language Support — English, French, Mandarin, and Spanish via ticketing and live chat. Limited support hours may apply.
