The system is easy to use, I in fact installed the system myself-4 trucks in less than 40 minutes! As well, I am pleased with the training and the help you have given us in the setup of the system. My computer illiterate husband/business partner is able to use the program without supervision.

This system has helped us financially when the report showed us that a driver had done a job and forgot to invoice the client, something that without the system would have been missed. We have also used the systems diagnostic for a repair to a truck that we were then able to do ourselves rather than taking it to a repair shop, saving time off the road and costs for a mechanic.

This system tracks the drivers and has enabled us to ensure they are being safe on the road and handling our vehicles responsibly. And finally it gives us peace of mind knowing where our drivers are and if they are safe. The week prior to installation of this system we had one of our trucks break down in a rural area and it took us a couple of hours to find him, now with the GPS we can be there sooner.

We are an HVAC/R company who are constantly using the tracking system throughout the day, to know where the drivers are located throughout the day, in order to help our business with employee productivity and customer service. I would like to take the time to express my appreciation for your GPS Tracking system. In the beginning, I thought it would be useful in the event one of our vans was stolen. Once I realized all our vans was stolen. Once I realized all the features of your system, I started using it in different ways. On several occasions, it has allowed me to prevent drivers from speeding, which in turn keeps my insurance down. One time, your system allowed me to catch an employee lying about his location, and subsequently he is no longer with us.

Having the ability to see when my vehicles are moving or how long they are standing stillis a much bigger advantage than I had originally thought. Any driver using a vehicle in which one of your units is installed has improved efficiency, because drivers know they are being monitored. We will be adding trackers to all our vehicles in the near future.

I realize we only contact you when we require assistance, but we appreciate the quick responses and the assistance provided by you and your staff.

Our company made an excellent decision in moving forward with the GPS installation. We are a service business, so the most important thing for us is prompt professional customer service. The GPS system helps us to increase our customer satisfaction and make our clients happy.

Sometimes, due to human nature, there is an inaccuracy regarding the driver arrival and departure times. With the tracking system functioning as an independent 3rd part measurement, it removes the element of human error and any possible discrepancies between the perspective of the driver and the perspective of the client.

I can’t give an exact figure for how much the system saves me, but I can be confident that I’m not losing money because a customer didn’t notice how long my driver was there for.

Sometime, my drivers take their vehicles home, so the time sheet report helps me to see what time my driver left from his home and if he went directly to the job site. I can also use that information and apply it to the driver’s timecard.

I would like to thank you for your good customer service; whenever we had issues you always took care of them quickly.

I am very satisfied with the tracking system and with the great customer service.

I know that I have very good drivers and that they do their job well. I don’t need to call my drivers or supervise them because the system can monitor, and I would get notification if something went wrong.

I can’t give an exact figure for how much the system saves me, but I can be confident that I’m not losing money because a customer didn’t notice how long my driver was there for.

Mostly what I use the system for is helping clients. When they call asking to know when their delivery will arrive, I can log in and see where and how far away my drivers are, and even where they might have been slowed down. So, I can work out how to keep them on schedule next time they are in that area.

I would definitely recommend the tracking system to other companies that want to increase their productivity because the cost of the tracking service is worth it.

The tracking system is very useful and we are very satisfied. The time in zone report is very helpful because it shows when our vehicle entered a client zone and when it left.

The system also helps us to maintain our good customer relationships and keep our customers happy because we can provide them information about when our drivers will be there, especially when there is a winter storm.
