A) Technical support and training included with your monthly fee:

  1. Helping you use the system:

● The system is designed so that everything we can do the system, you can also do yourself.

● Our free technical support and training provided to help you operate the system.

● If you do not know how to do the things that you’d like to do, please contact us to schedule training for yourself or anyone else at the company.

2. Problem identification and resolution:

● There are some aspects of troubleshooting that we only have access to, however you may need to be involved to give us feedback.

B) Technical support provided for an additional fee:

● Any tasks that you would like us to do, that you are able to do, are billable.

● Standard settings customization (adding new users, updating existing, vehicles, creating zones, etc)

C) Specialty Technical support and customization: Quoted on a per project basis

● API and SDK customizations

● Creating or modifying Excel files for reports

● All other non-standard customizations
